Warranty

All Benzera products carry a manufacturer warranty ranging from 12 to 24 months depending on the product. Speakers and Bluetooth speakers are covered for 24 months, while cables, banana-plug connectors, and accessories are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a covered product fails due to a manufacturing fault during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no charge to you. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. Damage caused by liquids, power surges, or use outside the product's stated specifications is also excluded. Consumable parts may have limited or no coverage.

To make a warranty claim, email support@benzera.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos or a short video of the fault help us assess the claim quickly. Our team will guide you through the next steps for repair, replacement, or return.
