Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed within one to two business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and a separate notification when it ships. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from three to fifteen business days once dispatched. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.

Every shipment includes a tracking number sent to your email once your order leaves our warehouse. You can use this number to follow your package through delivery. If tracking has not updated after several days, please contact us at support@benzera.com and we will look into it.

We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact support@benzera.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Return shipping costs may apply.
